Description

Not working as I expect. I'd expect that if there are no followups / precursors for the article then nothing would be written, but see ​https://verbosify.org/id/%3Calue.ec130215.93be558b.7f155d4f%40verbosify.org%3E where "Followups to this article" etc is printed even though there aren't any followups.
