Email confirmation of email subscribe/unsubscribe

Currently the only confirmation is the icon changing on the website and people get nothing by email until messages are posted. Among other things this means there are no instructions on how to post to the group.

Subscribe confirmation should include:

  • how to post by email
  • note on reply to individual vs reply-all to group
  • unsubscribe instructions
