Verify email button shows when display email address is changed

Description

On changing the display email address, the "Send verification email" button appears in the "Delivery email address" row even though it's unnecessary. (The text "The current email address has been verified." remains there as is correct.)

E-mail address and user name can be saved in the Preferences.


Action

The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'
