Wordcount-tracking plugin

A widget thing where members could type in the wordage they've done that day, and it

a) keeps track for each member (privately - wouldn't show for other members) and
b) adds it to a running total for the whole community

So people could see how many words had been written by the whole community that day/week/month/whatever.

As discussed on IRC, this will have to become a plugin, separate from the mainline.
