Sync 'read' status from nntp->http

Description

Give users the option that, if they use both nntp and http, the database can keep track of what had been downloaded to nntp and mark that as 'read'.

(Dependent on ticket #13.)

Fixed while fixing #13. Of course, it's not an option currently.
